Active Adult (18 years and older) Volunteers Needed: To ensure the success of this year’s Celebration, we are looking for volunteers to give two hours of their time throughout the day. Areas of greatest need are before and during the 5k Race, the Kids Area and the Field Games. Energetic adults needed for these activities. Complete the Volunteer Registration Form or contact Diane Ahern at email@example.com to let her know when you are available.

Be sure to come hungry to the 4th of July Celebration. Terry and Valerie have arranged for a variety of food choices from sweet to savory; something for everyone!
* Boy Scout Troop 271 – Booth F4 – ice cream floats; * Chuey’s Mexican – Booth F8; * Finest City Kettle Corn – Booth F1 & F2; * Girl Scout Troop 3171 – Booth F7 – vegetarian salads; * Hot Dog Venture – Booth F3; and * Las Tortugas Tortas & Burritos – Booth F6
** Begin the day with the Fun Run in the Sun, our popular 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run at 8 am, at Standley Park, on Governor Drive in University City. Your paid entry includes a fast, flat and scenic course; finisher medals for children under 18; commemorative water bottle; prizes for all age groups; water and snacks; and a pancake, sausage, and coffee breakfast.
