Update June 16 – Vote Taken: As reported by SDUT, the City Council vote approved Monday [June 16] set a maximum of four ADUs on lots of less than 8,000 square feet, five ADUs on lots of 8,001 to 10,000 square feet and six ADUs on lots of 10,001 square feet and larger.

The San Diego City Council will vote on the Planning Department’s latest amendments to the Bonus ADU program in Monday, June 16, at 2:00 p.m. If you have an opinion about the Bonus ADU Program, UCCA urges you to:

Please note that Comments received by 8:00 AM for Monday Meetings will be distributed to the City Council and posted online with the meeting materials. All webform comments are limited to 500 words but may include attachments.
