Volunteer Zumba Gold instructor Maria K. is now teaching at Standley Recreation Center, 3585 Governor Dr, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, indoors on the basketball court. No registration is required.
According to Maria, Zumba Gold is a low intensity class for adults of all ages. Benefits include better balance, stronger range of motion, improved coordination, and a guaranteed mood boost.
Maria K is a volunteer instructor at Standley Rec Center with more than 8 years experience teaching Zumba Gold. There is no registration or fee required; Maria will gladly welcome donations.
