The City is establishing a 24-member community panel to interview the top candidates for Police Chief and is seeking input from organizations that represent San Diego’s diverse communities.

The recruitment process is underway to find San Diego’s next Chief of Police and Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer is naming a 24-member community panel to interview the top candidates. He is seeking input from organizations that represent San Diego’s diverse communities as he evaluates candidates for this crucial role.
