- Tuesday, June 10: UCPG (planning group) meeting for June 10 has been cancelled. According to Chair Chris Nielsen, “I expect the July 8, 2025, agenda to have a return to the UCPG by Peter Spencer representing Seritage with a revised proposal and action item on the lot split of the eastern third of the UTC site. - Bicycle Master Plan: The Bicycle Master Plan Update (BMPU) is a citywide effort that will result in an overarching update to the 2013 Bicycle Master Plan.
