The San Diego County Fair is the greatest story our community has ever told. It’s a tale of food, fun, friends, family, laughter, tradition, music, amazement, and pure, unbridled joy. The Fair — the largest and longest-running community event in San Diego County — makes its triumphant return from Wednesday, June 10, through Sunday, July 5, 2026 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays.)
You won’t want to miss your chance to live out your “happily ever after” at the 2026 San Diego County Fair. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit: SD County Fair
This year, both UC High School students and staff are featured on the front cover of the May University City News and throughout University City’s banner district on promotional banners created by the San Diego County Fair.
UCCA congratulates those who were nominated by teachers, administrators, and staff to represent UCHS on this year’s County Fair banners. This banner project is possible because of a long-standing partnership with the San Diego County Fair, the University City High School, SD Street Banners, and University City Community Association.
The UCCA banner district includes Genesee between SR 52 and Centurion Square; and Governor Drive both east and west of Genesee.
