The UC Celebration Pancake Breakfast has a new sponsor this year – the Centurion Alumni Foundation of University City High School and the UCHS Music Boosters with all proceeds to benefit the music education programs at UC High School.
After the run, come to Standley Park on July 4 for a hot breakfast and good conversation to kick off the 4th of July UC Celebration while you support the University City High School music programs. Your ticket helps cover real needs the district can’t fund—like instruments, uniforms, transportation to competitions, and skilled coaching. Every plate served helps keep music education strong for UCHS students.

- The $10 Adult Breakfast is 3 Pancakes, 2 Sausages, Applesauce, and Coffee or Juice
- The $7 Child’s Breakfast is 5 Silver Dollar Pancakes, 1 Sausage, Applesauce, and Juice
Pancake Breakfast tickets are also available on July 4 with cash or via card through the Zeffy system. Remember all proceeds will benefit the music programs at University City High School.
