The City of San Diego has released the July 2015 Draft Climate Action Plan and the Climate Action Plan Draft EIR for public review.

The DRAFT Climate Action Plan Document – July 2015 has four components:

• July 2015 DRAFT Climate Action Plan
• July 2015 DRAFT CAP Appendices
• July 2015 DRAFT Screening Criteria for Greenhouse Gas Emissions
• Climate Action Plan Draft Environmental Impact Report
