Attached is the form for written comments which was distributed at the December 16, 2015, EIR* (environmental impact report) public scoping meeting.

*This EIR analyzes the impacts related to
– (1) removing the Genesee Avenue widening project; and
– (2) removing the Regents Road Bridge project from the University Community Plan (UCP) Transportation Element; and
– (3) five project alternatives which consist of variations of including and removing the Genesee Avenue widening and Regents Road Bridge projects. (Adapted on 12/26 from the Public Notice dated 12/2/2015.)
