On Thursday, April 4, 2019, Mayor Kevin Faulconer, Councilmember Barbara Bry and San Diego Fire-Rescue Department Chief Colin Stowell, accompanied by UCPG chair Chris Neilsen (L), broke ground on Fire Station 50 at 7177 Shoreline Drive.
