Board voting members, this is a very short agenda, but the action item on it is important to the applicant for an easement vacation, so please try to attend either in person or on zoom so we can make a project recommendation.
Item 6. Easement vacation for emergency access at 3880 Nobel Drive. This project is a refile of a previous easement vacation (Project 656655) that was recommended for approval by the UCPG on March 10, 2020. We all recall what happened later that week with the COVID shutdown. The city did not follow through with the easement vacation, and the project expired. The city has asked the applicant to resubmit the vacation to complete the project paperwork. Joe Zink, Greystar Co., presenting. His presentation is attached. There will be NO UCPG meeting in December. The next UCPG meeting will be on January 12, 2027.
For those who have an interest in the Robbins Way 4-parcel lot split project we heard earlier in the year, this project will be heard at the Planning Commission on November 19, 2026, at 9AM. Anyone who wishes to give testimony for this project should attend. The Planning Commission will give a recommendation to the City Council for a final decision after the first of the year.
