Land Use Changes? Survey Results and Agenda Notice: Plan Update Subcommittee (CPUS) meets Tuesday, October 15, 2019

From SD Planning Department: Please join us for the University Community Plan Update Subcommittee Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 6 PM at University City High School – Media Center/Library, 6949 Genesee Avenue, San Diego, CA 92121. This is a public meeting and all are invited. Please be reminded that no food is allowed in the Media Center/Library.

The main topic on the October agenda is an information item related to land use.

  • Information Item – Land Use Focus Area Identification: City staff will present refinement of the draft focus areas maps presented at the September CPUS meeting. These maps identify areas for potential land use changes within the community and identify the areas of no-change.

Online Survey (Results) Report: The City of San Diego is updating the University City Community Plan. In the Spring of 2019, the planning department developed a survey to give all who live or work in the University City community an opportunity to provide early input to help guide the community plan update. As of mid-September, 2019, the survey results have been posted on the University Community Plan Update website at in the Plan Documents & Materials section under the University Online Survey Report link:
