On Monday, November 18, a full overnight closure of northbound I-5 lanes will be in place as crews pour concrete for the future Trolley overcrossing south of Nobel Drive. Lane reductions will also be in place on southbound I-5. Motorists should plan to take alternate routes to avoid potential congestion.
What to expect: Full closure of northbound I-5 lanes from SR 52 to La Jolla Village Drive from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Southbound I-5 will be reduced to two lanes of traffic from La Jolla Village Drive to Gilman Drive/La Jolla Colony Drive from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Detours available via eastbound SR 52 and northbound I-805 to northbound I-5.
