Courtesy of San Diego County : Sandbags help to divert or redirect water, mud and debris from your property and help prevent soil erosion. Free sand and sandbags are available to residents and businesses throughout San Diego County. During the rainy season, it is always a good idea to stock up on free sandbags if you need to protect your home and property.
