University City Community Association (UCCA) will host its first meeting of the new year on on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 6 PM, using Zoom Meeting technology. The special topic will be proposed changes to roof-top solar panel energy buy-back rates at the California Public Utilities Commission; special guest is Cole Reed from State Senator Toni Atkins office. Other topics include updates on Pure Water, Costa Verde, and Redistricting. This is a public meeting and all are invited to participate.

  • Agenda: Ongoing agenda items include updates from San Diego Police Department, legislative representatives, and local leaders. We also have a public comment period for those who want to make public announcements.
