Project Heart Beat offers a free AED (automated external defibrillator) training and Hands Only CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) class at the North University City Library at 8820 Judicial Dr, San Diego, on Thursday, February 23, at 1 PM.

Learn how to recognize when someone is experiencing cardiac arrest, how to use an AED, and how to perform hands-only CPR.

San Diego Project Heart Beat is the City of San Diego’s Public Access Defibrillation/CPR Program managed by the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department. Please arrive a few minutes early. The class will start promptly at 1 PM and last approximately 1 hour.
