Per Melissa Martin, Branch Manager, the Library on Governor will celebrate its Grand Re-Opening June 5, from 2 to 3 pm. We are pleased to announce that University Community Branch Library is reopening on Friday, June 5 after undergoing renovations. Please join us for a special ceremony at 2:00 p.m. to welcome University City patrons back to their local library.
The library opens just in time to enroll in the Summer Reading Program with the theme of Plant a Seed, Read! The Friends of the University Community Branch Library will hold a book sale near the Governor Dr. entrance and there will be light refreshments and crafts. Activities will take place on June 5 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
