Update on Costa Verde: Demolition at the property is underway as of July 20.

The Costa Verde project was approved by City Council last year.

Let’s get together! UCCA hosts a public meeting at the University Community Library, 4155 Governor Drive, on Tuesday, July 21, at 5:30 pm. You are welcome to come early to meet & greet with neighbors and friends.

This is UCCA’s General Meeting and all are invited. Standard agenda items include updates from local leaders and representatives of local elected officials.

We are expecting an update on the Pure Water construction project. In addition, there will be updates from Senior Watch, the Fire Safe Council, and Neighborhood Watch.
