It’s Free and Fabulous Family Fun in Your Neighborhood. Summer Movies in the Park is a perfect chance to relax and enjoy a safe and special night under the stars. Movies begin shortly after sundown. Come early to visit with neighbors and get a good seat. The Summer Movies in the Park event series began in 2007 as a ‘take back our parks’ initiative, giving local residents a reason to visit their local county and city parks for a free and safe evening event.

The Summer of 2022 Movies in the Park include the following events at our University City parks:

  • June 18, Saturday: The War with Grandpa at Marcy Park
  • July 8, Friday: Clifford the Big Red Dog at Doyle Park
  • July 9, Saturday: Encanto at University Village Park
  • August 4, Thursday: Sing at Nobel Park
  • October 14, Friday: Sing 2 at Nobel Park
  • October 22, Saturday: Hotel Transylvania at Standley Park
