Monday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 16: Night work is scheduled for Monday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 16, at the intersection of Genesee Avenue and Nobel Drive. The City of San Diego Morena Northern Pipelines and Tunnels contractor will complete pavement base repair work in preparation for final paving.
Work will take place each night from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Two traffic control configurations will be used during construction, and the traffic signal will flash red during both.

Beginning Sunday, June 7: The City of San Diego Morena Northern Pipelines and Tunnels’ contractor will be working at night along Genesee Avenue to complete dig-outs and pavement base repair work as preparation for final pavement and resurfacing.
Crews will be working on Genesee Avenue between Appleton Street and State Route 52, and at the SR-52 on-and-off-ramps. After this work is completed, crews will continue working north along Genesee Avenue toward Nobel Drive.
Work hours will take place from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night. Single-lane closures will be in effect along Genesee Avenue in both the northbound and southbound directions near the SR-52 on- and off-ramps.
