Essentrics has been known as “Classical Stretch” with Miranda Esmonde-White on PBS since 1999. It is a full body, non-impact workout that safely balances all muscles and joints. Using continuous movements, it stretches, tones, and improves range of motion as well as balance. The program is good for all ages and most fitness levels including athletes, people suffering from pains, and older adults. For more info please also visit www.essentricswithbetty.com
