Mayor Faulconer issues summary of his plan on Short Term Vacation Rentals

The Mayor announced a new set of proposed regulations on Short Term Vacation Rentals (STVR), what he describes as the short-term residential occupancy (STRO) industry, on June 14.

The City Council will consider the Mayor’s STRO proposal at a hearing scheduled on Monday, July 16, at noon. For more information, visit https://www.sandiego.gov/department/mayor-faulconer-proposes-compromise-plan-short-term-rental-rules.
